CarePartners is one of the largest, most reputable, and well-established accredited home care and community service providers in Ontario. We provide nursing, personal support, therapy and rehabilitation support services for patients of all ages.

We’re  thrilled to share the announcement that CarePartners has earned the distinction of Accredited with Exemplary Standing from Accreditation Canada.  Once again, we’ve demonstrated our unfailing commitment to providing patient-partnered care, embracing patient safety, valuing staff safety, well-being, and growth, and pursuing continuous improvement every day.  Congratulations to all our staff for their hard work preparing for Accreditation and the ongoing demonstration of their dedication to patients and our rigorous quality standards.
CarePartners recognizes that our work takes place on traditional Indigenous territories across the territory that is now called the province of Ontario, where there are 46 treaties and other agreements. CarePartners would also like to acknowledge that our services take place on the traditional territory of many nations that are the home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Metis peoples.  We are thankful to be able to work and live in these territories, and are thankful to the First Nations, Inuit, and Metis people who have cared for these territories and who continue to contribute to the strength of Ontario and to all communities across the province.
