Job Description
The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for the following:
- Receiving the merchandise and verifying the order conforms with the purchase orders;
- Lifting boxes, transporting and placing the merchandise in the designated areas of the warehouse;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse;
- Supporting the sales team;
- Preparing customer pick-up orders;
- Assembling and/or unwrapping merchandise for display;
- Disassembling and/or wrapping merchandise on display;
- Periodically verifying the stability of merchandise on display.
